As our cards are tailor-made for casual play, we regrettably cannot accommodate returns or offer refunds. Please bear in mind that some divergence in color, texture, foiling, and stamping compared to original cards may occur due to their custom nature. While we are constantly striving to enhance our products, this uniqueness arises from print to print.

In the event of an incorrect order delivery, reach out to us at contactproxyking@gmail.com with accompanying images, and we will promptly ship the correct items and provide a return label, as needed.

For any products damaged during shipping, kindly contact us with images of the damage, and we will expedite the replacement of the affected items. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we’re here to ensure your gaming experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed the very next business day, however during peak times it may be up to three days.
Shipping is $1.50 for standard or $4 for express.
We ship globally as well, costs vary by country, On average, USD$16-$25 for international.
